Opening times and seasons
The park runs two seasons in autumn and winter.
Main season
The 2026 season runs from 28 March to 1 November. In the last weeks of October the park opened from 10:00 to 17:00 on regular days. Summer hours are longer, so check the park's calendar for the date of your visit before you go.
Magic Halloween
The Halloween programme runs from 12 September to 1 November 2026. On the Fridays of October (the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th) the park opens in the evening from 17:00 to 22:00 as Scary Fridays. A Halloween party with concerts takes place on 31 October.
Magic Winter
The winter programme runs from 5 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. A start offer of €27 online instead of €34 applies until 5 December.
Getting to Gardaland
The park lies about 2 kilometres from Peschiera del Garda station, on the Milan to Venice line. A free shuttle bus runs between the station and the entrance every 30 minutes, in both directions. The first bus leaves 30 minutes before the park opens and the last one 30 minutes after it closes. Trenord also sells a single ticket for the train and the park.
From Verona, take a train to Peschiera. The Verona to Lake Garda guide explains the airport bus and the train. Long-distance buses by FlixBus, Busforfun and ATV Verona also serve the area.
By car, leave the A4 at Peschiera del Garda. Coming from Venice, you can also use Sommacampagna. Drivers on the Brenner A22 should exit at Affi and follow the expressway towards Peschiera.

Tips for visiting Gardaland
Small decisions that save time and money on the day.
Book online
The one-day-plus-one-free-day ticket costs €44 online and €59 at the ticket office. Booking ahead on the park's website also means you can arrive with your ticket ready.
Arrive early
The car park opens one hour before the park. If you come by train, the first shuttle leaves the station 30 minutes before opening, so you can be at the gates when they open.
Know the closing time
The last shuttle leaves 30 minutes after the park closes, and the ticket office stops selling two hours before closing. If you arrive late and still need a ticket, buy online instead.
Choose the right ticket
The undated ticket is flexible and suits families who may need to change the date. The dated offers are cheaper but tied to specific days. Children under 90 centimetres enter free, so check height before paying for a toddler.
Gardaland is a full day out. If you want to see the lake as well, the things to do guide lists castles, boat trips and mountain views that fit into a second day.
